We at SAAND are now looking for a personal assistant for the team around an active, social, and goal-oriented woman with a great interest in horses and dogs.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is interested in working during the summer and also as needed after the summer.
• Can work the entire summer, the holiday period starts in June and extends until August.

The workplace is a horse farm in Åkersberga.

I am a cheerful and social woman with disabilities in my arms and legs. I lead an active life with horses and dogs and am looking for an empathetic and responsible woman who wants to support me in my daily life. You will accompany me to training sessions, competitions, shopping, in the garden, and other everyday activities. I have previously competed in the national team in para-dressage and aim to get back there. Therefore, very good horse knowledge is a requirement.

You also need to be able to drive a category B truck to training sessions, competitions, and veterinary visits. Competition experience and knowledge of long-lining are advantageous.

• Help with horse and dog care
• Accompany on activities, outings, and shopping
• Assist with household chores and gardening

• Is empathetic, social, and self-assured
• Is a woman, approximately 25–55 years old
• Has very good horse knowledge
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish
• Has a category B driver's license, is a non-smoker, and is not allergic to pets
• Has a car to get to the workplace
• Lives within reasonable distance from Åkersberga (housing on the farm cannot be offered)

Experience in personal assistance is advantageous, but personal chemistry and the right attitude are crucial.

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at SAAND Assistans is that you can present valid ID and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old. According to legislation, we as employers are required to request a criminal record extract from all employees who will work as personal assistants for a child under 18 years old. To ensure our clients at SAAND Assistans, we obtain extracts from the criminal record for all we hire. Therefore, you need to present an extract from the police's criminal record before a potential employment.
